I am a qualified wedding planner based in Nottinghamshire, offering a comprehensive wedding planning service
for couples throughout the UK. My approach is bespoke, tailored to meet your unique vision and requirements. I understand
that each couple is different, with individual styles and preferences for their special day.
I provide a range of services, from venue and supplier sourcing to full or partial management and on-the-day coordination.
My goal is to simplify the planning process, allowing you to fully enjoy your engagement while ensuring a stress-free
wedding day. I will meticulously manage all aspects of your event, addressing any unforeseen challenges that may arise,
so you can focus on celebrating your love.

On The Day of Co-ordination
Consultation Services:
- Complimentary initial consultation, available in-person or via telephone.
- Provision of an Order of Day questionnaire.
- Ongoing email and phone support throughout the wedding planning process.
4-6 Weeks Prior to the Wedding:
- On-site consultation to review all plans for your special day.
- Delivery of all supplier information.
- First draft of your Order of Day schedule.
- Assistance with any last-minute details.
2 Weeks Prior to the Wedding:
- Finalization of all plans for your special day.
- Confirmation of any last-minute supplier details.
- Verification of all amendments to your Order of Day schedule.
On the Day:
- Arrival on-site before suppliers to ensure a smooth setup.
- First point of contact for all suppliers.
- Coordination of ceremony and reception room setup according to your specifications.
- Greeting guests upon arrival.
- Timely management of relevant announcements.
- Coordination of transitions from ceremony to wedding breakfast (if applicable)
and from wedding breakfast to evening reception (if applicable).
- A comprehensive toolkit will be on hand, including items such as plasters, a sewing kit, safety pins,
and a torch—prepared for any eventuality.
Pricing:
Hourly Rate: £75.00
Full/Partial Planning: Please inquire for details.
On-the-Day Coordination: Starting from £300.00 for 4 hours and from £550.00 for 8 hours.
Please note that additional charges may apply for multiple venue visits and overnight accommodation. A 30% booking
fee is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Our Terms & Conditions Contract will be provided upon booking.
