I am qualified wedding planner, located in Nottinghamshire, providing a full wedding planning service for couples
getting married within the UK. My services are bespoke, so designed around you and your requirements, not every
couple wants the same thing, as all couples are individual and have a unique style and set of requirements of
how they would like their wedding day to be…
I can do as little or as much as you require me to do from venue sourcing, supplier sourcing, full or partial
management and on the day co-ordination. I am here to make your life easier, for you both to enjoy being
engaged and to make sure your wedding day is stress free, I will make sure your day runs smoothly and deal with any little
hiccups which may pop up on the day!
On The Day of Co-ordination
* Free initial in person or by telephone consultation
* Receive order of day questionnaire
* Email and phone support throughout your wedding planning
4-6 weeks prior...
* On site visit consultation
* To review all your plans for your special day
* To be given all suppliers information
* 1st pre-copy of your order of the day schedule
* Help with any last-minute finishing touches
2 weeks prior...
* To finalize all plans for your special day
* Confirm any last-minute supplier details
* Confirm all amendments for your Order of the Day schedule
On the day...
* Be on site prior to all suppliers
* First point of contact for all suppliers
* Making sure that your ceremony & reception room is set
up to your specific specifications
* Meeting & greeting guests
* Making sure relevant announcements are kept to time schedule
* Co-ordinate wedding ceremony change over to wedding breakfast (if applicable)
* Co-ordinate wedding breakfast change over to evening reception (if applicable)
* I will also have my handy box of tricks - plasters, sewing kit, safety pins and torch.
You never know what you may need!
Pricing
Hourly Rate - £75.00
Full /Partial - Please enquire
On The Day Co-ordination - 4 hours from £300.00 / 8 hours from £550.00
Additional charges may be incurred for multiple venue visits and overnight accommodation. A 30% booking fee
is payable at time of booking, with balance required 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Our Terms & Conditions Contract will be supplied.
